DefinitionsThere are two Au4u member types, a Customer and an Affiliate. Customers can only purchase precious metals. Affiliates first purchase a Starter Voucher then precious metals. Precious metals refers to either Gold or Silver. Business Volume (BV) is calculated in increments of AU$100 spend. An Affiliate earns 1BV for each $100 purchase. Personal BV refers to purchases made in your name in increments of AU$100 spend. A Team is when an Affiliate refers people with their Personal Referral Link and the Team grows as more people refer more people. A Level 1 Referral is when an Affiliate refers other people as either an AU-4U Customer or Affiliate. A Level 2 Referral is when a Level 1 Referral refers other people as either an Au4u Customer or Affiliate. A Level 3 Referral is when a Level 2 Referral refers other people as either an Au4u Customer or Affiliate. A Binary Program refers to the fact that each position opens up two more positions underneath it ie people populate the Team either on the left or the right of the Affiliate. The Left Leg refers to everyone in positions to the left of the centre line of the Team, whether they have been registered by you, your Team Members or someone outside of your Team. The Right Leg refers to everyone in positions to the right of the centre line of the Team, whether they have been registered by you, your Team Members or someone outside of your Team. Leg BV refers to the combined calculation of all purchases made by members in that particular Leg. For example, a purchase by a Right Leg member of $5,000 earns the Affiliate 50 Right Leg BV and a purchase by a Left Leg member of $150 earns the Affiliate 1.5 Left Leg BV. The Strong Leg is the Leg with the higher total BV. The Pay Leg is the Leg with the lower total BV. Your Team comprises of both Legs together. Products to PurchaseThere are two main products to purchase from AU4U. They are precious metals ie Gold and Silver and the Affiliate $300 Starter Voucher and coins. The initial purchase of a $300 Starter Voucher buys an Affiliate their first $100 Gold. The balance of the $200 Voucher is redeemed through the purchase of metal by your Level 1 Referrals. There is no limit as to how much Gold or Silver can be purchased at any one time. Because precious metals fluctuate in price each day, the day and time of your purchase impacts the amount of Gold or Silver you receive in your purchase. Let’s look at each Au4u Income Stream in more detail. Income Stream 1: Loyalty RewardThe Loyalty Reward is the easiest income stream to achieve. An Affiliate can achieve the Loyalty Reward by purchasing their own Gold and Silver. There is a twelve- month qualifying period in which the Affiliate must purchase at least 1 BV of Gold or Silver each calendar month. After twelve consecutive months of at least 1 BV, the Affiliate qualifies to enter the Pool. Au4u sets aside 0.5% of its monthly turnover in Gold for the Pool. Following the twelve- month qualifying period and whilst still purchasing at least 1 BV per month, every qualified Affiliate will share in the Pooled Gold. This Pooled Gold pays the Loyalty Reward. The higher the AU4U turnover, the greater the amount of Pooled Gold available each month for the Loyalty Reward. Every Affiliate who qualifies for the Loyalty Reward then earns one Share of the Pooled Gold per BV they’ve earned that month. The number of Shares in the Pooled Gold will grow as the number of qualifying Affiliates grows. An Affiliate will earn shares in the Pooled Gold equal to their whole number personal BV earned each month. The total number of shares can vary per month depending on the Affiliate’s purchase of precious metals, and will be rounded down to a whole number for ease of assigning shares.
Each month the Pooled Gold will be distributed to qualifying Affiliates equally on a per Share basis. For example, if there are 10 grams of Gold in the Pool this month and 10 Shares qualify for the Loyalty Reward, each Share receives 1 gram of gold. Loyalty Rewards are paid monthly, after the twelve- month qualifying period. NB: The qualification period of twelve months must be consecutive. If a monthly purchase of BV is missed, the twelve months starts again from the next BV purchase. Qualification for the Loyalty Reward also extends the Affiliate’s access to purchasing Au4u precious metals at 3% discount for one extra year. Income Stream 2: 3 Level CommissionAn Affiliate can use their Personal Referral Link and register other people. There is no compulsion or expectation that an Affiliate will do this. If an Affiliate does register new AU4U members, they will earn commission when those new Team Members purchase a product, whether it be precious metals or a Starter Voucher. The 3 Level Commission can be earned when an Affiliate registers other people into their Team. The Affiliate will earn commissions on AU4U products purchased by Level 1, 2 and 3 Referrals, both Customers and Affiliates. Commissions will vary depending on which product is purchased ie: precious metals or the $300 Starter Voucher. When precious metals, Gold or Silver, are purchased: When a Level 1 Referral purchases precious metals, the Level 1 Commission amounts to 2% of the amount spent. When a Level 2 Referral purchases precious metals, the Level 2 Commission amounts to 1% of the amount spent. When a Level 3 Referral purchases precious metals, the Level 3 Commission amounts to 0.5% of the amount spent. Commission earned from precious metal sales:
When a $300 Starter Voucher is purchased: When a Level 1 Referral purchases the $300 Starter Voucher, the Level 1 Commission amounts to 10% of the $300 Starter Voucher amount. When a Level 2 Referral purchases the $300 Starter Voucher, the Level 2 Commission amounts to 3% of the $300 Starter Voucher amount. When a Level 3 Referral purchases the $300 Starter Voucher, the Level 3 Commission amounts to 2% of the $300 Starter Voucher amount. Commission earned from a $300 Starter Voucher:
Commissions are paid weekly. Income Stream 3: Fast Start BonusIn your first five weeks of being an Affiliate, if you register another five Level 1 Affiliates not carried over from a previous program, who each purchase a $300 Starter Voucher you will qualify for the Fast Start Bonus. Fast Start Bonus will pay $150 and three Silver Coins up to the value of $150. Income Stream 4: Quick Silver BonusIn any five-week period for the rest of your Affiliate career, if you register another five Level 1 Affiliates not carried over from a previous program, who each purchase a $300 Starter Voucher you will qualify for the Quick Silver Bonus. Quick Silver Bonus will pay $150 and one Silver Coin up to the value of $50. Income Stream 5: Pay Leg BonusAs an Affiliate refers more people, both Customers and Affiliates, and his/her Team grows, each Leg’s turnover volume is measured in increments of BV ie $100 spends. All purchases from AU-4U, ie precious metals and $300 Starter Vouchers, are counted in the calculation of the Left Leg and Right Leg’s total BV. Each week, a Left Leg BV and a Right Leg BV calculation will be totalled. Often the Legs grow at an uneven rate and therefore the BV for each Leg are likely to be unbalanced. The Leg with the higher BV is called the Strong Leg. The Leg with the lower BV is called the Pay Leg. The Pay Leg can be either the Left Leg or the Right Leg, depending on which Leg has the lower BV. An Affiliate will earn Pay Leg Bonus on the BV of the Pay Leg as an incentive to build the weaker Leg up closer to the BV of the Strong Leg. The Pay Leg Bonus is calculated as 2% of the BV of the Pay Leg. Personal BV are not included in the Pay Leg Bonus calculations. Pay Leg Bonuses are paid weekly. Payments are capped at $75,000/ week. Income Stream 6: Auto GoldAs the Affiliate grows their Team, each Affiliate’s commissions and bonuses may be used towards an automatic purchase of Gold called Auto Gold. As per the Table below, the higher the pending payment of commissions and bonuses, the higher the Auto Gold amount will be earned and extra personal BV.
When calculating the Auto Gold payment, an Affiliate’s monthly purchases of Gold will be taken into consideration. This means that if you have already purchased sufficient BV of Gold in that particular month, then the total amount of pending payments of commissions and bonuses will be paid to you in full. For example, if the Affiliate has a pending payment of commissions and bonuses of $400 and has already purchased $100 Gold that month (1 BV), then their pending payment of commissions and bonuses will be paid in full and not be used for the Auto Gold process. Auto Gold will be converted monthly and added directly into the Affiliate’s AU4U account. NB: Auto Gold may be used by the Affiliate to qualify for the Loyalty Reward, 1 BV monthly. Income Stream 7: Lifestyle RewardAs an incentive to build Legs, the Lifestyle Reward acknowledges an Affiliate with 2 or more growing Legs. Each Lifestyle Level has a minimum BV accrued requirement per Leg, without any time limit. Therefore, over time, each Affiliate has the potential to earn each Lifestyle Level of the Lifestyle Reward. Once a Lifestyle Level has been achieved, the next Lifestyle Level maintains the accumulated BV thus far and calculates into the next Lifestyle Level. The Affiliate carries the BV forward and keeps accumulating BV in the ongoing achievement of this Reward. The Lifestyle Level requirements are set out in the table below.
